He told me to wait a minute while he went back to the garage he talked to someone came back out and told me they could get me in the same day while I was there. Once everything was said and done Jeff came back out handed me my keys as he did that he told me they replaced the battery in my key control for free it actually shocked me I was very appreciative. I asked him a few questions he answered them for me and told me if I have any more questions to call up there amd ask for him by name and he will help me the best he can. “ Not easy to see the sign from the road but you will see the Mitsubishi's lined up and figure it out. Once I got a service person on the line it was easy to schedule something soon based on my schedule. The Service Writer was the best. I appreciate her advice and reminding me about my inspection in Dec and that I could do it early. She also called my Insurance company to get me a new copy of my insurance card. Waiting room is small and only a few tables if you need to work. Snacks and coffee available. You will be disrupted if there is a sale happening because you are right on top of the sales team. Service was quick and no surprises and they looked into my warranty/ free service items to see if my plan was still in effect from my purchase last year from the other dealership. Wasn't but prices very reasonable. I didn't feel like I was getting gouged. Would have liked it washed or a voucher to a car wash place down the street but ya can't have everything. ”

“ I had a rattle noise from the front of the car, most likely a heat shield ( which I discussed with the tech ) I was told it was in the rear wheel ? Paid $300 and heard the same rattle noise on my way home. Did I really need the $300 repair? This was 5 weeks after my state inspection, which they did. ”

“ I paid Cash Money for a 2025 Outlander... I'm sorry I didn't look at other Dealerships... This Dealership gives you nothing!!! They don't offer Free Oil changes... No Free Inspections...Hell I didn't even get Carpet that was listed on the Window Sticker...... Buyer Beware!!! ”

“ They sold me a bad van and they knew it had problems I traded a 2014 impala for a van cause I needed more room my car was great they rushed the sale and said how good the van was they lied my car was in great shape but a little small yes my stupid mistake but I trusted them I only went out to see the van I was not really ready to buy they talked me into it they made my appointment for 4 when they close at 5 everything was rushed they didn’t even do all the switching over they made me do it I never had to do all that they ripped me off now I’m stuck with all these repairs by the way it was on a Saturday that why they told me they could not switch it over never buy from them never go on. Saturday never go at closing I wished I’d had walked out they knew that van had problems don’t go by looks or low mileage the dealer ship is no good I’m 62 they took advantage of me now I have all these costs please don’t shop there.really don’t shop here look them up they have changed their name three times in three years and have been report to the attorney general several times ”
